CONDITIONS & SITE RULES for 2010

Please keep a copy for your records. Thank you.

• Pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival to 12 noon on the day of departure. Tickets must be renewed by noon
• Electric Pitches for Touring Caravans, Motor homes, Camper Vans & Tents: Please telephone 01768779112 or e-mail linda@burns-farm.co.uk for availability
• Please make cheques payable to Linda Lamb
• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferable
• Bookings are accepted only for the party named
• To provide an enjoyable holiday for all, no excessive noise at any time is permitted
• Anyone causing a nuisance or disturbance to others will be asked to leave
• No music or loud noise after 10.00pm and quiet from 11pm until 8am
• No riding cycles around the toilet area
• Camp Fires or open fires are not allowed on site. Portable BBQs are permitted, but must be kept off grass. Fire extinguishers and sand buckets are provided through the site
• No offensive weapons or fireworks of any kind are allowed on the site.
• The speed Limit on the site is 5mph and must be observed at all times.
• Liability is not accepted by Burns farm for accidents to campers and their guests or for the loss or damage to personal property
• DOGS ALLOWED: This is a family site and we welcome friendly well behaved dogs with responsible owners. Please keep your dog on a lead and under control when on the site. Dogs must not be left unattended on site for lengths of time. You must be considerate to your neighbor and not allow your dog to cause a disturbance. Please tidy up after your dog. There are many walks from the site and the surrounding area for you and your dog to enjoy.
