Burns Farm is a traditional Cambrian working farm and my husband
Dave
can be seen on a daily bases herding his cattle and feeding his
sheep. We are very lucky to live in a beautiful idyllic and
peaceful part of the world. As you can imagine it was a
million miles from his usual daily routine to be interviewed by the
ITV "The Lakes" production and having his photo taken by a
professional photographer on a photo shoot. But true to his
character he took up the challenge and enjoyed the couple of days
it took, and they seemed to enjoy the many tales he had to
tell.
He was very happy to help his good friends Jorrit and Nicky in
their exciting new business adventure, Millican. Even-though, at
first he didn't know how to take having a bag named after him, but
he was very proud to having his name attached to such a high
quality item and to see Dave
the Rucksack in a shop in his local town of Keswick and now to
be their best seller, just tops it all!
